What does an online class look like?

Applying your time and effort half assed= half assed results.

That doesn't mean training like a warrior. But it does mean training tactical.

This is what a zoom session looks like...

Still 100% effort

Still 100% engagement

Still fantastic results

I've had plenty of clients who started off resistant to online sessions... "I don't think I'll be engaged". "I can't bare to look at a screen any longer". "I don't think I'll get the exercises properly".

I get it- training through a screen is not the same as the real thing but it does have its advantages.

You could keep fit whilst travelling the world/being on holiday.

You won't need to be intimidated by a gym environment.

You can easily fit it into a busy work schedule.

Once my clients had a session they were surprised at how quickly their mindset had changed on this.

Zoom Fatigue is not the same as online training. You are not sitting still, zoning out at a screen.

You are up, engaged, involved.

So why go for zoom PT sessions over online classes?

Well firstly classes are not tailored to you, thinking about you, invested in you.

Secondly my job goes further than just work out sessions. It involves nutritional targets, meal suggestions, weekly goal tracking, an online progressive plan.

My job is about making it as personal to you as possible whatever that may be.
